Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14-days after receiving your item to request a return. Please, read this entire policy to fully understand our terms and conditions. Policy details are subject to change without notice.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it and be within 14 days of receipt. If a sealed boxed item has been opened, it will not be eligible for return. All returns will be refunded in full. However, due to the item already being shipped, the original shipping is non-refundable.
Damages/Defective Items
If you feel that the item received doesn’t match the images and description listed in the page, as it may have been damaged in transit, it can be exchanged for a replacement if available provided we’re contacted within 14-days of receiving your order. If the item is not in stock, we will instead issue a full refund. Please, inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if damage is found.
Return an Item
To start a return, please email us with your request and reasoning. If your return meets the criteria, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
If the item return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product (that does not meet your chosen figure condition), we will cover return fees provided we are contacted first to process the return. If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying for postage and will not be reimbursed.
How to Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping
Please pack the item in an appropriate-sized shipping box and use bubble wrap or another fill to adequately protect the item. Please do not ever place the shipping label directly on the item to return it as this results in a partial or no refund.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. But we cannot guarantee an exchange is available for any item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via the original payment method. If you wish to be refunded through another payment method, please contact us with that request beforehand.
Please, know once we refund back to the original payment method it is deducted immediately from our account, however, it can take anywhere between 5-7 business days to see that reflection on your banking statement. This timeframe depends on your banking institution.
Cancelations
Cancelations don’t have a cancellation fee provided the shipping has not been processed. Once the shipment has been processed, you can no longer cancel the order but are free to, instead, request a return.
